Mountains without valleys

A spring without sun

A poem without words
Highways without cars

A dance without music
Below without above
A dream without hope
A life without love

Prairies without grass
A fog without haze
A storm without wind
A week without days

A wind without air
A song never sung
A clock without time
A picture never hung

A book without stories
Canvas without paint
A heart without blood
A church without a saint

A voice without sound
Rainbows without hue
Spirit without soul
Me without you.
